  7. The following is in response to the request for a beer cheese recipe.
  8. Hope this does the trick - let me know!

  10. beer cheese
  11.  
  12. 3 lbs sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  13. 1 onion, minced
  14. stale beer
  15. tabasco sauce
  16. 1/2 jar creamed horseradish
  17. red pepper
  18. garlic

  20. Combine onion, grated cheese, 5 to 6 dashes tabasco sauce, horseradish,
  21. a shake of red pepper, and garlic to taste.  Add stale beer until you
  22. get the consistency of a cheese dip.  Usually served with crackers,
  23. nacho chips, and/or celery.
